Block a buyer

Hi,
Is it possible to block a buyer from my store. There was a rude customer asking very rude for discount, free shipping etc etc. can i block him for buying anything in my store?

Sadly, we've each probably had to use that at least once. :-( I'm pretty laid back, but even I have two folks I block (one was wildly demanding for things outside of my control, e.g., how USPS handles their package at point of delivery, quality for used, and so on - one had issues with LEGO's imagery, also outside of my and even BO's control). Sometimes there is just stuff you can't or shouldn't have to deal with. :-)

Feel with you, why so much bullies are around on internet.

Just had my rude customer last week, calling me all possible names due to an error on my inventory and even being totally reimbursed, he continued his rampage against me and leaving untrue feedback on my profile.

So better to block them prior this kind of escalations.

Do we have to give a public reason? I have 1 blocked buyer from 3 years ago and we didn't have to then. Has the rule changed?
