Anyone having issues with Brickpacker?

I just started using Brickpacker about a week ago. It seems to do fine when I syncing my stores inventory but I can't get it to load my Bricklink orders. It shows my Brick Owl orders. When I click on the BL orders it just reads "Loading a file with BrickLink Orders" and that's all I see. Any suggestions?

Since Brickpacker is a paid service, I guess you'll get support too right? Their support team is probably the most knowledgeable about this stuff.

I gave it up and switched to Brick Freedom. I never get Brickpacker to work correctly. I could not find any help from them.

I use Brickpacker, I can't help you I'm afraid but email them as support is usually very prompt.
