hello, I have a problem with the payment by a visa card. at several stores I have received the message "card was rejected". account is funded. Visa card payment via paypal works. Is the problem with the stores, with brickowl or my credit institution?

    PayPal card payments will fail if your IP address doesn't match the country where the card is registered. There can be many reasons for this but usually it's because you're watching Netflix via a VPN or something like that.
