I am in the US, I received an order from a Canadian customer with zero feedback for a $20 hulk minifigure....
the buyer requested Cash as the payment option...
after a month and 2 attempts to contact the customer, I have received no payment and no communication from buyer.
I canceled the order yesterday, assuming a non paying buyer...
today I received a message from the buyer as a reply to the cancellation message, with only the following in the message
"4944 report case:
Criminal fraud"
should I even respond to this....
curious on communities thoughts...
