Unless the payment for this order has already been captured manually, the payment has expired

Hello, on an order i see this message: "Unless the payment for this order has already been captured manually, the payment has expired and the order will have to be cancelled."
i understand that the payement as expired but why?? it's a stripe payement, what are the delay ?
I must cancel the order and ask my customer to do again the order?

  • Orders paid via stripe need to be shipped within 7 days otherwise the hold on the customers card will expire. Furthermore orders need to be shipped within your stated despatch time, that particular order is over two weeks old.

    You may be able to send a stripe payment request from the stripe website to the customer. You can get the customer email address from the contact tab on the customer user profile.
