Hello, on an order i see this message: "Unless the payment for this order has already been captured manually, the payment has expired and the order will have to be cancelled."
i understand that the payement as expired but why?? it's a stripe payement, what are the delay ?
I must cancel the order and ask my customer to do again the order?

You may be able to send a stripe payment request from the stripe website to the customer. You can get the customer email address from the contact tab on the customer user profile.
