Change some color numbers on the color guide page

Add ID 10 to Transparent as there are some parts that end in '10' under the color. An earlier Transparent color probably called 'Clear' used ID #10.
89 Lemon should be ID 15.
112 Royal Blue should be ID 195.
136 Pearl Green should be ID 186. The box should resembled Basic Green.
138 Pearl Blue and 185 Dark Tan should be flipped. Dark Tan is ID 138 and Pearl Blue is ID 185.
140 Pearl Black should be ID 149.
Add ID 150 to Metallic Light Grey.
Transparent Light Bright Green uses ID 227, not 161.
ID 187 is not shared by two colors. Please remove Flat Dark Gold from ID 187.
263 Light Nougat should be ID 283.
269 Transparent Neon Green Glitter should be ID 339. ID 269 belongs to a color not individually recognized on Brickowl.
Add ID 306 to Speckle Black-Copper.
Add ID 371 to Warm Tan.

It might also be a good idea to add several other obscure colors, such as 13 and 158, especially now that 190 has been added to Yellow. There's no reason not to add other low-use colors.

Here's the official LEGO color list given to Peeron around 2003ish: http://www.peeron.com/cgi-bin/invcgis/colorguide.cgi

The Peeron list contains some colors that no site recognizes, or some that only one does. IDs are still missing for Bionicle Flip/Flop color masks.

The Transparent Blue Opal numbers should also be flipped.
TR. BLUE OPAL is 362 and is the opalescent version of Transparent Light Blue.
Tr.Blue Opal is 366 and is the opalescent version of Transparent Blue.

Up to admin of course, but I'm not sure that LEGO still uses the same color codes as they did in 2003 (this site auto-imports parts/colors for sets from The LEGO Group using an API), do they? Just trying to ensure there are no unintended consequences as admin considers this, is all (always great to think things through first! <s>).

Yeah, I'm not too worried about the RGB codes. This was a suggestion to fix color IDs that were wrong.

Oh, oops! LEGO does use the same color IDs for all of these. The only colors that use different IDs are unreleased glitter colors that aren’t recognized and only exist as 2x2 palette tiles and illegitimate monochrome minifigures.

Transparent Green with Glitter uses IDs 155 and 175.
Transparent Blue with Glitter uses IDs 174 and 340.
Silver is also known to use IDs 131 and 301, but that one isn’t understood all that well. Everything else on these lists should be correct!

This still needs to be fixed. The new Coppers will also need to have their numbers re-added.
