New feedback option for Buyers

Can we have a new option added to leave feedback for Buyers. Maybe just a natural option or something like that. As there only one option and that positive.

Reason for request is we have had a Non paying cust and has noticed this cust has got another non-payment on them in the last few days so 2 in the last week. Yet as a seller the only option we have is to gave the cust a positive feedback which in this case it is NOT. So the only option for a seller to leave feedback ATM is leaving no feedback

    Non-payment is tracked differently - you should use 'Report Issue' under the 'More Actions' drop-down list. This helps other sellers not waste time waiting for payment from such buyers, getting stock back into inventory quicker.
