How does one dispute feedback?

Got a neutral feedback from a buyer that used it as a message asking when the order would be shipped. I have the order packaged, but there was one slight error that I sent a message about and am waiting for a response. Evidently, the buyer never saw said message.

What's brickowl's policy on feedback removal, especially on something like this, and how would I go about requesting for it to be removed?
