3 Orders from him and 3 Paypal claims.

I received a claim from that guy (Tyler Albushies (Tylerob60)) then respond on Paypal site with proof. The day after he claim the 2 other orders were not received ( 5 months and 15 days later) just before the 6 months deadline of Paypal. The tracking number were on the invoice and he knew they were obsolete after 4 months. Luckely for me ,the courier service keep a record of all transactions and delivery time. Real name Paypal is Tyler O'brien. How can i give a negative feedback to that guy?

    You cannot leave negative feedback for buyers. You can however, report problems on each order along with blocking him.

    I think you can go to the order(s) in question that you have proof of shipment and select Issue Report from the dropdown menu there... it sounds like site admin involvement may be warranted. :-)
