Propose Ability to Attach an Image File/Format in RESPONSE to a BO Message

Currently, if we need to send a customer an image (e.g., if they request a pic of a part prior to ordering), we have to go to our personal email clients to reply vs. using BO's internal message client to reply as we cannot attach images.

Propose the ability to:

1. Be able to add an image when REPLYING (ONLY) to a message
2. Limit attachments to image formats only, e.g., .png, .jpg, .gif, .tif
3. Limit file size to a reasonable constraint to minimize burden on BO servers and drive or cloud space

Why limit to replies only?
So we can limit the burden on BO servers and drive or cloud space, ensuring image communications are almost certainly limited to specific questions between customers and sellers or between peers. We don't want to waste system performance by mimicing a full email system in its abilities, since history is retained forever... (trying to think long term).

This can also help limit SPAM in the system and unsolicited images.
