Show Pending and Delivered Quote History Under "All Quotes" Tab

For sellers, there is an "All Quotes" tab - propose we get to see our entire quote history under that tab.
Currently, that tab is always empty (unless there is a pending quote).
Please vote for this at the Suggestions screen by clicking VOTE if you agree! :-)

    Unfortunately this is not something that is possible with the way that the website is designed. Once the quote has been turned into an order, the quote (which is actually a cart) is deleted.
