Retrieve a quote

Is there anyway I can retrieve a quote please. someone asked me for a quote this week which I am sure is not for the items the person has ordered now. Is this possible or have I made a costly mistake

If the order in question says Shipping Method - Quote Request, it has to be the exact same cart as was shown in the quote request. Any changes to the cart and a new quote would be needed.

@Hoddie In the shipping meathod it states request a quote - so thats the same as you stated isnt it?

How on earth I have done what I have done - I just dont know. I swear the parts were completely different to what has been ordered - i quoted for a large letter which is now going to turn into a small parcel . Going to cost me dear - oh well my fault just gonna have to suck it up !!

As said by Hoddie the items should be the same, but if you want to check you can search your email for the Quote request copy, it is titled: Brick Owl: New Shipping Quote Requested

I have had issues with the too in the past. I would like to be able to see the quotes I have provided, even if it is just sending me an email copy of the quote when it is send to the buyer.

Agreed, I too would love to see the quote history which is not available to us. I will put in a suggestion for us to vote on.
