Seller does not reply to messages

Hello everyone
I have a question, I have paid to the store, but the seller has not responded to any information, what should I do in this situation?

  • Hi, how long ago did you place your order? Check the store's dispatch time (on the right hand side of their store homepage), and see if they are still within this. I aim to ship within 2-5 days, and will often ship within 1 day, but other factors may affect this so I give 2-5 days as a cushion.

    If they are still within their dispatch time (and one would assume the store is not closed), they may not be willing to respond to messages over a weekend, or alternatively may be away for a short while and have opted to not deal with work messages.

    There could of course be other reasons, but these are a couple to bear in mind.
