Resolve Ship To: vs Payment address
Suggestions,
1. Remove the Ship To: address and use the Payment form address (User can update their address in the their payment system)
2. If Ship To: stays then allow the seller to reject the sale as it may violate the payment terms.
On several occasions I have had a buyer update their Ship To address on BO an not update PayPal and the package goes to an old house or apartment where they use to live and I am stuck figuring out how to get the package to the correct address or need to issue a full refund.
In order to be covered under PayPal payment protection you can only ship to the address that is on the PayPal account.
