Paying fees - Debit vs Card vs PayPal
In the Order Billing page, it says I can pay my BO bill using Direct Debit, Credit Card, or PayPal
The PayPal rate says "The exchange rate used by PayPal is the mid-market exchange rate plus 3-4%"
The Credit Card rate says "The exchange rate used is the mid-market exchange rate plus 2%"
However the only Direct Debit note is "This is the cheapest and easiest option"
What exactly is the exchange rate used on Direct Debit payments?
