help setting up a store

im trying to set up a store but when filling in my payment details it says that "You have shipping methods set up to ship to more countries than your payment methods allow. Edit your payment methods to apply to more countries otherwise customers will not be able to checkout." how do i correclty input my selected countries ?

    If you go to the 'payment' tab of settings, it should have a drop down menu of continents, once you select a continent it will put all the countries in that continent in a box with an X next to each. You can also select 'world' or 'USA' on the dropdown and it will enter in all countries or just the USA respectively. Also, don't forget to choose the currency's you accept. Make sure you have the payment method enabled and make sure you click 'submit' when all the changes have been made.

    Ty I have that done but in the box should I have the areas I want to post too or the ones I don't want to post too ?
