Improvement: Add ability to distinguish variants during Wishlist import

Here's a message from a partially successful import of a wishlist in CSV format:

Import History: 98163
Warning - 11
Multiple matches found for 407026 (item_no). Please search the item and add it manually.
Row 47: No item found
Row 48: No item found
Row 49: No item found

Item 407026 shows up as a black headlight with or without slot. The proposed feature is a
way to say that I:
* Don't care
* Want a specific one
* Wish to get the cheapest match.
* Wish to get the best quality match.

Also: if the Quantity column is missing, it gives no warning.
