Sending images in messages

Is it possible to send an image in a message? I have a buyer with an issue - I want to ask them to send a photo but I can't see how to attach one to a message.

I don't want to assume the buyer has access to a website they can upload to and send me a link - how should I request a picture?

    Do not quote here as it been a while since I have had a message from a buyer. But of memory it sends a message to your email as well. If you reply Via the email you have the option there via your email to add photos etc....

    Yes, as @bricksonthemove says, that does work. Just reply to the original message in your email client rather than Brick Owl.

    It would be great to be able to attach images and PDFs (no other file formats) to internal BO emails - I've had the same problem and use the same workaround. I suspect BO limits this to preserve bandwidth and server space (just a guess).
