Another (different) problem with shipping address mismatch

This time customer had shipping & billing address the same on BrickOwl but a different PayPal address.

Usually for a small order, which this was, I will comply with the demand to "make sure you ship to the address provided by BrickOwl", without question.
However I did message customer to confirm which address to ship to. The response was to ship to the address PayPal had provided.

As most everyone knows, shipping to an address different from that provided by PayPal leaves the seller open to complete loss if customer files a "not received" claim even with proof of delivery to the address provided by BrickOwl.

As far as I'm concerned these problems are too frequent and needs fixing.

@Lawrence claiming that it's due to PayPal's api can't be true - no other website that I buy/sell on has this problem
