Ability to Upload Shipping Rates
If plausible, it would be a HUGE timesaver to be able to upload shipping rates using XML or .csv. Clearly headers and format must match the database, but if we had the ability to download our rates in that format, we can then use the download format to make updates and reupload.
This is because US's postal service rarely does a helpful % increase across the board, meaning many of us have to calc all this offline in a tool like Microsoft Excel, then fat finger all this stuph in. And they tend to increase twice/year, and drop once/year (one annual increase, then a temporary holiday increase then decrease back to the annual rate).
