Quote request email didn't go through

Logged in today after not logging in for a few days--And THANKFULLY that little number "1" jumped out and grabbed my attention and alerted me to the fact that I had a pending quote request. I went back and checked my personal email for the 6th as that was the date the quote came in, and I did not receive an email like normal.
Good thing I noticed.

  • I had a few request quotes over the New Year that ended up in my Junk email folder that I only noticed after logging into Brick Owl.
    So have you checked your Junk Folder? You might have a setting in your email to always allow emails for Brick Owl.

  • That's not good, I looked it up, you have received several e-mails from us, but the last e-mail, your mail server rejected it. I sent a message to you and it looks like it's gone through this time so it looks to be just a temporary issue on the receiving mail server.

    All my order emails came through fine today.
    I have brought my entire store over, so I will be keeping up on BO regularly now.
