US sellers: USPS ship rate changes posted

For US sellers: Normal shipping rates resume on 12/26, but don't get too comfortable with them. :( USPS posted rate change files on their website today, effective Jan. 9, 2022, and as probably expected, it looks like most everything is going up.

    The one thing that is going down, is Parcel Select (ground), but primarily for the higher zone numbers. For example, a 4-lb package going to zone 8, drops from $18.31 to $13.17. As of today, I'm going to offer the lower prices. There are a couple of downsides to Parcel Select ... no free boxes and no embedded $50 indemnity coverage.
