Refund through Paypal

Postage worked out too much on a recent order, so how do I go about doing a refund?

On the order, the other actions dropdown, there's a refund button

So I still need to refund through paypal?

The form will let you know if you need to do it manually also after you submit the refund. If you use paypal for business accounts, it's automatic.
