How to request a shipping quote

A customer from USA has messaged me wanting to place an order but when she tries to put the order through there appears to be a problem with the postage. This is the message she sent me

I was trying to go through Che k out and got this message.
“ Your order weight is 87.5 grams, the subtotal is £16.36 and the shipping country is United States.”
So let me know what is the weight you can mail.

She has asked me for a quote by messenger but because I cannot see her cart I cannot quote her.
I have asked to request a quote but that doesnt appear to be showing on her page.
So any suggestions how to quote to her please.
I do not understand why she is unable to go through checkout as I have shipping to USA and have never had a problem like this befor
I cannot just send her a quote manually (if you understand what I mean)
Anyone advise please

This is what I get with a 88g cart for the States. As expected? Difficult to see what the issue might be as you don't have the standard delivery rates page set up.

If I add a figure or a set suddenly there are no shipping rates available, and Request a Quote doesn't show. Check your settings for the Request a Quote method and ensure you have United States selected amongst those countries you ship to.

If that doesn't work set up a new page in your store settings like the attached image. It will list all your available shipping methods and allow you/us to quickly check for any unexpected gaps.
