How do I receive a Refund

I made a payment by visa this was converted to Paypal seller has refunded money but. This is being returned as a Paypal refund I do not have a Paypal account should this not be converted back to the original payment method ?.

Refunds of payments made via PayPal are always returned to the original payment method. At least that's always been my experience.

Paypal refunds can take ages though, they say up to 28 days.
