The quickest and easiest way will be to sign up to a synchronisation service... something like Brick Freedom or Brick Packer.
Note: these charge a commission on your sales.

Not sure if you already are or not, but you need to be set up as a seller on BL before you can use any synchronisation.

I can't comment on either of those services as I've never used them. I personally use BrickSync (which is free to use), but it doesn't take inventory from BrickOwl to BrickLink, only from BL to BO.
