I am seller for couple of months now. But someone wants a refund. Does BO automatically pays the refund back to the customer? Anyone know this? I can give the right answer
Go to the order on BO, click the 'More Actions' button at the top, then 'Refund' (or 'Cancel' if they want a full refund). Fill out the form, at the bottom there will be an option to select whether you want BO to automatically process the refund or not. If you tick the box, and once you submit the form, the next page will have a message at the top telling you whether the refund was processed okay or if there was a problem.
