I keep getting the exact same message from a buyer, asking if they can cancel the order as they changed there mind on the color
this is the 3 order from the same buyer I've got the exact same message, I did cancel those orders but now I think there is a problem somewhere
Any Ideas?

It seems this customer is doing it to many of us.

He also requested orders to be cancelled repeatably!! I wonder why he changed his account?
So he must be placing many orders and then picking the one he actually wants to keep, which makes no sense when you can just keep each store cart open and pay when your happy.
