Custom LEGO Art
A few months ago, a customer sent me a picture of custom LEGO Art they had made of a Journey album cover, and it was GORGEOUS... and it totally made me want to give it a try. I've done counted cross stitch for decades (which is really a form of pixel art), so why not try it in LEGO?
After make a couple of predesigned art MOCs off of rebrickable, I decided it was time to try my own: My husband LOVES stormtroopers, so I hit up the amazing LEGO Art Remix tool online (gosh, they make this stupidly easy, I love it), and we're making this large "quad" (36/ea 16x16 bases - the size of the larger HP quad you can make from LEGO directly) of the latest Stormtrooper from one of the recent film posters (attached).
