Previous order count

Seems to have disappeared from the order screen. Is this a glitch in the matrix? Also the graphic is missing from the orders list as well. Could be the user has created a new account (and deactivated the original) as they now have a username, but definitely a previous customer.

Nothing has changed with that system so may be as you suggest. You can visit the users account to see the account age.

Thanks, yes looks like a new account - last order for me was back in January, and their current account age is seven months so this must be the first with me since then.
