With this particular order, you can see on the order, that the payment has been received via Stripe. This payment will therefore be in your Stripe account.

I don`t have a stripe account , I send an invoice that the buyer have to pay to my paypal account or to my bank with iban .

If you enable the Stripe connection in payment methods, and seems you did, it generates an account of Stripe with the same email address as you have in BO, you might need to reset the password to be able to login manually.

You will of course either need to deal with Stripe to refund the buyer's payment, or send them what they paid for.
