brickowl notified me that you don't have shipping go the US set up

Hello team:)
a customer sent me a message to tell me that brickowl indicates that I do not have a shipment to the United States set up. But yet I have one, and I sent a SET on the last July 9th to an American client. What can be the problem? Thanks :)

  • They could be misreading your shipping information. Your worldwide shipping clearly states 'worldwide excluding', followed by the list of European countries (so should include the US). Your request a quote does appear to only include European countries, so perhaps that's what they're referring to. That may be a personal choice or you may want to review this to cover the whole world.
