Hello team:) a customer sent me a message to tell me that brickowl indicates that I do not have a shipment to the United States set up. But yet I have one, and I sent a SET on the last July 9th to an American client. What can be the problem? Thanks
They could be misreading your shipping information. Your worldwide shipping clearly states 'worldwide excluding', followed by the list of European countries (so should include the US). Your request a quote does appear to only include European countries, so perhaps that's what they're referring to. That may be a personal choice or you may want to review this to cover the whole world.
