Change how settings work with countries
It would be great if in the future you consider changing how the shipping methods and payment methods country lists works.
Instead of just one list for the method, be able to have like a table view where each column would be a country list, and below the configurable settings. (bands, cut-off amounts).
I know that would be a deep rework, but just consider it for the future, it would be much easier for all the settings as you could update them easier.
For example with the current implementation you can't put different minimum/max amount for PayPal and micropayments different for national/eurozone/rest of the world.
Or say you want to change the bands weights, you don't need to edit each shipping method for each country/zone, you could update them all.
