hi all. a recent order i received had some parts not as described. i wish to send a picture in a message to the store i purchased from.can anybody help me as to how i go about uploading a picture to a message?

    Unless it's changed you cannot add a picture to a message sent via BO. However that same message will appear as a standard email (albeit with a disguised email address), so best course of action would be to get in touch with the store via the BO method and explain the situation. When they reply to you that will show up in your standard email client, and you can then respond and add your attachment as if it were any normal email. Bit long-winded but hopefully it will work.

    If you hit the 'contact us' button on the store's home page, the store's email address will show next to the owner's username as a long string of numbers and characters ending in [email protected]. You can send your message/images there.
