API Your request is blocked

Hi,

I use API, in php, on my local server and it's work fine.
But the same php on my distant server (OVH) and i'm blocked with :
"Your request is blocked"
(Return code is 403)
Is there any IP restriction ?
in a browser the url work fine.

    Solved it yet? Could be your OVH is on a blacklist? Does not have to be a blacklist of BO a general blacklist of Internet Providers? Since your API call is working fine, it is probably something else.
