US Sellers, suddenly unable to ship Internationally due to paypal?

I have several customers outside of the US that are suddenly unable to order from me. When they go to check out with paypal, it states "That I only ship to the US". I haven't changed any settings in Paypal. Is anyone else having this issue? 2 weeks ago I received international orders???

Received an int. order yesterday and three on the 28th. So no problems here. I'd contact Paypal, maybe they can help you out.
