Please help ID this door piece

I couldn't identify this 4 x 5 door (image attached), so maybe someone here could help. I'm not even sure its a genuine Lego piece as there is no logo, copyright symbol nor part number. Then again, older pieces are notorious for lack of any meaningful markings. So, what say you?

Awesome, thanks for helping the catalog, Pikka! Honestly if I'd seen that, I'd have recycled it assuming it was non-LEGO as there was no logo I could see and it's in such good condition (so looks newer)... you have a GREAT eye!!

This peace seems to be rather rare. The other place has just a few on offer and the cheapest ones have broken hinges. I priced mine at $2 so let's see how it turns out.
