Hello all, I recently purchased what was described as a genuine Lego cow from a seller with decent reputation on Ebay. It's one of the brown ones with a white blaze on the face. However, having now received it, I am not so sure about its authenticity. Therefore I thought I'd check in with a panel of experts - you!
This is the first Lego cow I have seen in person, so I don't know what is normal for them. There are Lego word marks embossed inside both the front and hind legs on the left side of the animal. (But if someone made a mold from a genuine Lego cow, that might not be unusual). What really throws me off is that there is a black number131J7 printed on the cow's belly... Is that normal for a genuine Lego cow? It seems odd to me.
Thanks!

The black printed number does look odd.
