synchronise bricklink with brickowl

I just syncronized bricklink with brickowl.
Now all my remarks have been changed to type no.
How did this happen and how can I prevent it in the future?

I typed "setallremarksfromblid" and thats what i did wrong. Is there a way to undo this?

What program are u using to synchronize between both?

White Horse Bricks

Bricksync makes a backup each day of your inventory. If it is completely messed up you could restore and start over.

Is your BL inventory broken also? If not, you could delete your Brickowl inventory, and then resync with 'sync' or 'blmaster'.

No, the inventory is good, only the remarks are gone/changed. I tried that but the API limit is reached for today, so I have to wait till tomorrow...
