Update Coupons' shipping setting
Now you can get a value or % of order discount and optionally free shipping too.
It would be better if instead of a checkbox for free shipping just let us enter a % discount on shipping.
100% = Free Shipping
0% = Nothing changes.
That way coupons can be more useful.
And this change won't affect existing coupons.
