Possible cache issue?

On the front page of my site (http://pam.brickowl.com/) you can see "Bar & Antenna (9)" on the left menu. However if you click on the link it suddenly changes to "Bar & Antenna (8)".

The piece that is missing is:
http://pam.brickowl.com/store/lego-antenna-1-x-4-with-flat-top-3957

This is a different version of:
http://pam.brickowl.com/store/lego-antenna-1-x-4-with-rounded-top-3957-15609-30064

Also, I added some sets today which are still shown on my home page (all the Shell Racers polys) but when you click on Sets|Racers it doesn't show any of them. Perhaps this is because someone has them in their cart rather than it being a cache issue, but if that's the case I'm not sure it should be possible to 'reserve' items in a cart for so long - they haven't shown there for a few hours now.

It can sometimes take a long time for your store to update in the database.

There is an issue, I think I've tracked it down, implementing a fix now,

Ah, that's a slightly different issue. Do you know what methods you used to list the new inventory. As in, did you do it from the sell tab on an item, or the part out screen for example? That will help me track it down.

The last few parts I added were by the sell tab, though I think this just hasn't updated following today's order.
