Credit card payments???

I have set up only Pay-Pal payments on my store, and when I view my store page, it shows I have credit card payment methods (see attached photos). why is this, and how do I fix it???

Could be wrong but I think it just means buyers can pay using a credit card via their PayPal? Am sure someone else will chime in if I'm wrong.

Yes, you do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal's credit card processing services (so customers that don't want to have an account with them can still process their credit cards via them for you <s>).
