    If you're not shipping outside of the US, you need to change your 'Request a Quote' settings, which are currently set to Worldwide.

    a) saves buyer's the hassle of filling a cart and requesting a quote, only for you to say you won't ship to their country but
    b) your store could get closed if you cancel too many quotes
