Problem from a potential Buyer

I've received an e-mail from a potential Buyer which says -
'When trying to place an Order, I can select Price band 2, it's when I get to the payment section it shows the error 'Unfortunately this store does not have any available payment methods set up that apply to your cart. You may want to try contacting the store'.'
I've not seen this before so can someone please advise what to do for him.

    Which country is the buyer in?
    I'm in UK and just been through to your checkout and I'm offered PayPal as a payment option.

    I assume the buyer must be selecting the UK shipping method (as they mention Price Band 2), but could their billing address be in a different country?? Not 100% sure if that would cause this error.

    You would need to remove the country and subtotal limits from your payment methods. As you only have one payment method, you do not need any restrictions on the payment method.
