I noticed that my fees due went up today after additional orders were received. Doesn't it lock in the prior month fees? Is that the way its supposed to work?

Mine have been resetted to 0.

Fees are due at the start of the month, but it doesn't create an invoice for a set amount. So, whenever you pay, you pay the current amount. Then it won't request payment util the next month.
