How can I see active baskets in my store?

Hello team, I have a client who asks me for a payment solution without going through PayPal and who tells me that he put pieces in his basket so that I see what he needs, but I do not see how to access to his basket?

You can't see an active basket. He could request a shipping quote then you'd be able to see the items.

ok, thanks for this clarification, and regarding the method of payment, if he does not want to pay by PayPal or strip, but he wants to pay by check or bank transfer, how to offer him this solution?

by doing an order test on my store I realize that only PayPal is offered as a type of payment, not Strip (while it is well connected in payment methods). Where can the problem come from?

I know you can set up a payment method for Personal Cheque. From memory when you do a quote (I don't do many) you are only specifying the shipping cost, not how they can pay, so if you don't want to have cheque as an ongoing option you could set it up for this customer and then disable it as soon as they've placed their order. I don't know about bank transfer, sorry.

Is the Stripe option enabled? Otherwise I think maybe Lawrence could take a look in your settings (?)

it's in french but strip is officialy connected

No stripe is not enabled. It is only linked. You need to click Add Payment Method.

I don't have Stripe but I'm guessing you need to register first (as with Paypal), then request the link once you've been approved.

In the screenshot it should tell you in French that other payment methods are only available once you have received at least 10 orders. It’s underneath the drop down you have open

ho yes, it's true Lawrence, I did not pay attention to this paragraph. I understand that external payments like Iban or cheque are not allowed until proven, but for Strip i do not understand why it's not allowed for beginner.. not everyone has a PayPal account but has at least one CB to pay. I'm not very far from the goal anymore, but I tell myself that it certainly frail some buyers
