Add a way to select multiple conditions in a wishlist.

I would like to add a way to select multiple conditions in a wishlist. It would be helpful if for example you don't mind whether you get used, like new, or new for parts, but you don't want used, good or used, acceptable. or for sets, you don't care whether you get new sealed, new complete, or used, complete, but you don't want new, incomplete or used incomplete.

It's a minimum condition so you can just set the minimum condition you want
