So when I checked my overnight emails Saturday morning, there were two emails that I had gotten quote. The first was from a user. The second was half an hour later, from the same user, saying they modified their quote and not to bother with the first one. However, when I went to Brickowl, I had no quotes. Checked my orders, and I didn't have any from that user. Thought maybe they found someone else and cancelled their quote before I saw it.
But I just got a message on our FB page today from the buyer asking about their quote; a couple pieces had been purchased by other buyers and they were wondering if something went wrong. It looked like their quote went through both times as I had received emails for them, yet I had no quotes on my store when I checked. Perhaps the user cancelled without realizing it, but perhaps
@Lawrence might know what happened and if there might be a bug.
