I'm thinking of a coupon refinement for the coupon codes that depends on if the customer is a return customer, and maybe how many orders he has had.
IE DadsAFOL has a loyalty coupon program. It could automatically be done, if you create a few coupon codes that are only valid if the customer has had 1 previous order, 2, 3, 4+, with different percentages.
How does it sound?

I would suggest a automatic fill in % in the coupon settings.
All my buyers receive a coupon but I need always put the 10%
