Sticker on part for set 75258

Good morning all ;)
for Set 75258, there is no reference for the parts on which there are the stickers affixed. I tried to follow the explanations to make the assemblies but it is not very clear to me (noob :)

  • Go to the uncoloured main catalogue entry for the part and follow:

    Edit>Actions>Create Stickered Version

    A new window will open with a submission form where you can enter details of the set number, give a descriptive name for the stickered part (keep this short - 'Panel with Vent' for example, not 'Panel with Silver Vent and Blue Tubes'), select the colour of the part. Basically anything that is red asterisked needs something in. For the Note I usually put 'Part in hand' or specify the sticker number or describe where it is on the set. If you have a picture (always appreciated, and there are guidelines for these too which can be found in the Help pages) you can upload this at the same time. If you happen to know if the item is on BL and have the BLID too this can be entered so that those stores who sell on both platforms can sync the parts to both store inventories.

    Admin usually approve within a few days but you will not be informed if it is OK; they'll only be in touch if there is a problem and will explain what needs to be altered.

    Hope this helps! Once you've done a few it becomes a bit easier :)
  • Hi, Jay, I tried, but I'm too noob ;) it doesn't matter. ha a good day :)
  • @Tresbrick Does the attached image help. Just remember that you need to be in the normal uncolored part to start with.
  • then, yes, I do get there, but that's when it gets complicated. Here are screenshots (my interface is in French which does not make things easier). I have on one side the sticker board, and on the other the card to fill out, and I do not know what to write/where
  • @Tresbrick that's the right place...

    So in the long description field near the top, enter a short description for the sticker;
    Livere en nombre fixe = the set number that the stickered part is in, 75258 in this case;
    Livre en quantite definie = the qty of this stickered part in the set.
    Leave the ID as 'UNKNOWN';
    Choose the colour of the part that the sticker is fixed to.
    Remarque = 'Part in Hand' or similar.

    Then below that you can add upload an image and enter the relevant BLID.
  • Do you actually have the stickered parts or are you trying to create them from a sticker sheet and instructions?
  • no, i juste have the parts with sticker applied
